I have purchased the 12 week program and I am on my 4th week and running low of supplies. I had to call them to remind them about when is the next delivery. Customer service doesn't have a clue when my next delivery is so she emailed the main office. Had a reply back and she was unaware that I am on a 12 week program. She said that she will sort it out soon and saying that it will be delivered today but it looks like its not going to happen today. So my diet is ruined from tomorrow.
