Thought I would try this for one week as it's 50%ff week 1 - what it doesn't make clear, is that you are signing up for xx weeks, so the product arrived and before I had had a chance to taste it, I was being told I needed to confirm the flavours for week 2 at full price and confirmation of the date and amount that would be taken off my CC - shocking! Called the 24/7 helpline and of course they can't deal with a problem on the weekend, but they agreed to e-mail the team!!
Being more open would have been good, and they would probably have got a lot of recommendations, instead I feel duped! I believe I can reclaim off my CC if there is a problem AND I've contacted the OFT and trading standards, you need to be open and transparent to be fair to customers, but I'd rather have not had the hassle..
