Over the years I have tried every diet going and am thrilled to have found the answer to my weight problem. The food tastes great, the plan is so easy to follow and once I had got past the first two days it has just become routine. I have lost a stone in eight weeks!!!! Yay!!!

I had the box delivered to work and love the fact that everything has been done for me. I now know how the celebrities do it!! Dieting and still eating the foods I love like pasta bolognaise and chicken curry has meant that I have been able to stick to the plan. I love the lemon snack bars and look forward to them with my vanilla shake latte!!
