I have tried healthy eating before. I have tried exercising loads. I have tried calorie counting. But Unislim actually works! I've been a member for just under 2 months and I've lost a stone! I've gone from a BMI of 30 to 28 and I'm genuinely so pleased.
I am doing the plan online so I don't have the support of classes, but that hasn't stopped me. UNislim have a great Facebook group designed to help you in your weight loss. Here, other members can ask questions, share stories, motivate AND look for motivation!
When I weigh in online each week, I receive feedback from the online leaders and they are always so helpful.
I would recommend Unislim to anyone, it's an easy plan to follow.
