I started Tesco Light Choices diet just over 5 weeks ago, I have not once gone hungry and have lost 2lb a week for the last 5 weeks. The menu is easy to follow, order and shop from and I am able to swap foods and make changes for foods that i will eat. For example some meals have things like nuts and olives which i don't personally like so you can tell the meal planner never to use that meal again. Also you are able to swap/add/change elements within a meal, for example you may have lunch come up as beef slice roll with an apple, with the meal plan you are able to change the beef to chicken and the apple to a pear or orange for example. It is a calorie based diet that I am currently allowed 1200 calories a day on. You can track you meal online and added extras, and your water, fruit, calcium, tea/coffee intake is also tracked. At the end of each week you get a score as to show how well you have done. There is also the opportunity to join the fit or recipe club to as part of the plan. This is the first diet that I have not felt like giving up on after the first few weeks, if you hate counting points or syns this could be the diet for you.
