I originally lost 5 and a half stones using Tesco diets and found it really easy and inspiring. I was doing really well but I recently started putting back on again and have decided to use it to get me back on track. On my first weigh in I was given 4 weeks free which gave me an extra bit of motivation. The planning and being able to create your own menu I really enjoyed it wasn't like being on a diet. My only criticism is that the site is not up to date with some brands calorie content so you do need to keep a check on that yourself. Compared to a once a week weigh in at a club this is good value.
