I joined Tesco Diets 11 weeks ago with a mini target of losing 1 stone by Christmas so I'm thrilled to have lost 25lbs! I've tried many diets over the years and I can honestly say that I have had the best results with this one. I really like how flexible it is as I can tinker with my meal plans as much as I like(& I often do!)as long as I keep an eye on my calories/fat intake etc. This is also the first diet I have followed that I actually enjoy as everything I eat is food I enjoy. I would highly recommend this diet to anyone wanting to lose weight with support but in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
