After years trying the Weightwatchers system, I felt it was time for a change. Especially when I realised how heavy on sugar the WW cakes & biscuits were & as a borderline diabetic, I had to do something about my diet as a matter of urgency. So I signed up for the low-Gi Convenience diet. So far, I'm doing OK. In 5 weeks, I have lost 11 pounds. this consisted of a dazzling 9 pounds in the first week, and another loss of four pounds, plus 2 minor 1-pound setbacks & a week where my weight remained unchanged. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend trying this dietary system.
