I think the best thing about Tesco diets is the wonderful support you get from the mentors. You know they are willing you on every step of the way, helping you to overcome any hurdles and to stay on track.
There is a wide range of different diet plans, so you are bound to find one that is right for you - and then you can tailor it even more specifically to your preferences. For example, you can set it to exclude nuts or fish if you don't like these food. Also you can fit it to your lifestyle with options for more recipe based or convenience foods and feeding a family.
I've lost 1.5 stones and kept the weight off for a year. I feel great and know that I've adopted a new lifestyle that fits me rather than a diet that restricts. Definitely recommended.
