Gave me the kick start I needed, to get back in control of my eating for my holiday and also to get back into healthy eating. However, I used another free website to make the diet suit my personal food preferences and keep on track. I don't like meat, cheese or soya, but can take eggs, nuts and lentils. That said, you choose your own meals from an options list.
One problem...watch your target isn't too low, or you may go on maintainance diet too early and I couldn't reverse that, so had to keep a close watch on my intake using My Fitness Pal. Also, if you have your own exercise regime (I went to Boot Camp), there is no scope to take account of this, if not subscribing to the Tesco fitness plan, which just did't appeal to me. Overall, I have used Tesco Diets site five times now quite successfully and recommend it.
