I joined Tesco Diets having gained weight after using the Weightwatchers site. For me this works much better as I am given clear instructions of what I can eat each day. It is easy to swap meals and add extras too. I like the fact that exercise is an option on the plan as for me exercise is a big part of my life and I think it really helps with weight loss.
I also really like the ability to set weekly goals, by achieving small steps you feel better about yourself and have the motivation to continue. I would recommend this programme to any one who likes a structured approach to dieting.
