I have been using Tesco diets for 5 months and have lost almost a stone! I like the fact that this is a 'complete' dieting tool, not just a guide to what to eat and a weigh in site. The meal plans are written for you ( no counting calories) but if you want to change something or everything you can do so easily. Then click on the shopping list and that's sorted too! Just print the menus and off you go. There is also the option to get exercising help if wanted. Feedback, if you want it, is sent by email to spur you on. Oh yes, and you can pay with your club card points too! Every Little Helps! Chrissyh
