Great service!

What first attracted me to the site was the price. Compared to other diet sites it's extremely reasonable. Once I joined I was really pleasantly surprised at how much there is available to me with regards to menu planning, recipes etc. The weekly weigh in and personal email that you receive really makes you feel good, and you can see your progress on a chart. You are not restricted in what you can or can't eat. No matter what you eat you just have to stay within the limits of the eating plan you have chosen. I would highly recommend this site to anyone!
