Have found the Tesco diet web site absolutely fantastic. Over the years I have belonged to several of the famous slimming clubs and was quite sceptical before I joined Tesco. However I have found it to be the best thing since sliced bread. The range of plans and the support available is second to none. I love having recipes to follow and a prepared shopping list making it all so easy. Everyone is so helpful and supportive. I am continually singing their praises at very opportunity. It is great value for money and considerably cheaper than other clubs.
