Tesco diets have been really supportive, with brilliant mentors giving personal feedback each week, and helpful tips along the way. The recipes are creative but not difficult to cook, and are nutritional and tasty. I will continue to cook some of them as I hopefully maintain my weight. It has been really handy to have a shopping list for the menus, and also being able to plan for the whole week. The program works out the nutritional value of all the food which is very interesting and reassuring. Measuring myself on a regular basis is good too, with access to all the records and progress made.
I would definitely recommend anyone to follow this program.
