“It is a way of life, not a diet!”

The supportive way the staff help is probably, for me, the most effective part. Despite difficulties in staying with the totals plan at times, the staff have continued to support me on my journey. Even with setbacks, the hand is offered to get over the blips. I have a long way to go, but confident I will get there.Thanks to all the lovely staff.
