I have tried many diets over the years desperately trying to loose my baby pouch, but every time my motivation has died...... So I thought I would give it one more try and signed up to Tesco diets. I have been with them from Nov 2012 now Feb 2013 , and because of all the amazing mentor support that I received my motivation had not dropped once not even when I was ill. So its safe to say not only is it a healthy diet the support is the best i have ever had!!!
