Value for money & excellent support

Tesco Diets is the 4th online diet company I have used and it is by far the best. The thing I like the most is the weekly feedback from the mentors. I have had a difficult year but the response each week has been detailed, personal and sympathetic, so that even when everything is going wrong, I have still wanted to carry on. The mentors give practical advice along with emotional support, and I never feel judged if I have a bad week.

The plans are simple to follow, and I like the fact that you can switch around plans or change meals within the plans. I also like the fact that you are given the calories, so that the plan is transparent, rather than having to download Apps or buy 'guides' or feed in ridiculous amounts of information to find out a 'point' value or a 'syn' value. Unlike some of the other companies, Tesco Diets treats its clients like thinking adults, not naughty children.

On top of all that, it's the cheapest diet programme I have come across, and when I've hit a difficult patch in my life, they've even frozen my account until I can get my head in the right place.
