I have never been on a diet before, but after joking with my wife that I should lose a 'few' pounds she enrolled me with Tesco diets. I am quite a fussy eater ( I don't eat salad or veg and only like plain foods) so the meal plans taught me how much to eat of my foods. (Turns out your not supposed to eat a bag of 10 donuts in one sitting )I have lost over 5 Stone with the diet plan and would recommend it to anyone.
