Hi
I joined tesc diets 5 weeeks ago listening to a friend and although I seem to have a long way to go I have been inspired by the mentors and nutritionists.One particular mentor'Nicola'who had a very long talk to this morning has helped me to carry onim still trying to get used to the tools and things but nothing was too much trouble and the reassurance that she gave was empowering.So I say thank you again nicola.
