Have found the diet really easy to stick to and have lost 3 lbs on my first week. Love the website (my husband says I am engrossed in it!). Especially like the way you can change your meals with the quick swap facility and how it shows how many calories, protein, fat etc you have consumed during the day. It has made me realise just how bad my diet was before and this time am determined to loose the weight that I have gained since my 50th birthday two years ago.
