I find this diet great. I love the meal plans, weekly weigh in and the family meal options. Which means I can make one meal instead of two different ones.
There is great choice of different meal ideas. It's a very easy diet that doesn't feel like a diet.
My husband has the evening meal with me when he's not working nights and he loves that i have stopped asking him what he wants for dinner! He gives me a lot of support.
I have lost 3.5 lbs in 2 weeks which is great.
This website is easy to use, you get a lot of support from the staff and other members. Questions are answered quickly and everyone is friendly.
I love having a plan to follow, and this has stopped me snacking during the day and shown me the right portion size I should be eating. I would recommend a friend as I believe this is the best diet to do that doesn't make you feel like your on a diet! You can eat the things you love just in smaller portions and cooked healthier!
The only thing I sometimes Have a problem with is the adding foods that aren't on the list, I asked a staff member about that and she explained that I need you use key words and if I can't find it then I can add the item to my foods list, which has helped me a lot!
There are lots of different good plans, I am on the low fat plan and irs working for, of your plan isn't working then you can change your plan without a problem!
