I've been doing the Tesco Diet for a few weeks now, and so far so good. 12.5lbs off, but still a way to go yet. My daughter introduced me to this website, and I have found it to be very informative and also very caring.
I do love the fact that you have mentors, and I'm very lucky that mine is Nicola McMahon. This week has not been a good week for me, but Nicky has been there to encourage and support me.
It's a great site for making you responsible for yourself, and the best way to do it, is log in every day. Don't miss doing it, as I have this week, as it makes things much harder.
The choice of diets you can choose from is great, and if you want, you can change weekly. Another thing I've noticed is that,as you have to gauge how you were feeling before you ate, It's made me realise that I'm not always as down as I think I am.For me that's been a MAJOR plus side.
Now for me, is the next chapter of my new life!
