I joined the Tesco diet plan through recommendation and I can honestly say it is the best diet plan I have seen. I am a vegetarian and find most diet plans extremely tedious with litte variation, but I rarely have the same meal twice. I like the option of convenience food/home cooking and have enjoyed making the meals. My husband (who is not a vegetarian and not on a diet) has happily eaten all the meals, I have just included some meat/more carbohydrate for him. The menu included plenty of fresh vegetable, herbs and spices so the meals are really tasty.
My only criticism of the menu is that the theme daily can be repetitive eg, one day is mainly eggs (one day included 4 eggs) or one week will be mainly pulses. The meals could do with a shuffle around, although of course I can do that myself. I have not explored the site as much as I would like to, through lack of time, but I am extremely happy with what I have seen. And I am losing weight.
