I started Tesco Diets because I wanted to lose 8 lbs. My golf partner was going away for a month and I decided that I would use the month as a target for losing the weight. Someone recommended Tesco Diets so I signed up. It really couldn't have been easier - there is meal plan which is recommended for your own personal lifestyle. I was on Light Choices. I take a fair amount of exercise, so this probably helped to accelerate my weight loss - however, I am of a certain age when it isn't usually particularly easy to lose those extra pounds. I lost on average 2 lbs a week and have now lost a total of 11 lbs !!! A mentor is on hand either by telephone or email whenever needed. But I have now stopped - I never wanted to be a size 12, I merely wanted to fit into my clothes more comfortably, and it's so nice to once again be able to wear fitted clothes. I know I will probably put a couple of lbs on whilst I am away, but I now have quite a nice cushion having lost more than I intended and if I need more help when I return I will not hesitate to sign up with Tesco again - and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Tesco it couldn't have been easier and if I can do it - anyone can !!!!!
