I'm using Nutracheck as recommended by a nutritionist I'm seeing at the mo. If you are in the UK it is astonishingly comprehensive of most branded and non-branded food you'd likely be eating, and has been really eye-opening for me to see how my energy in/energy out tracks. I don't intend to use it long term but for a few months to raise your own awareness of where the calories are hidden and what you burn it's fantastic. I have never been a "calorie counter" (grim!) but this feels more like a self-awareness and education support which is great.
