After seeing my doctor in March and being told my cholesterol was very high,10, rather than take medication,I decided to give nutracheck a try and at my last visit, I had managed to get it down to 6.8. I like the way I can keep a track of fats, carbs etc, as a bonus my weight has dropped by 1st 6lb, so I'm very happy with my progress. My next cholesterol check is mid September, so fingers crossed.
