Fantastic weight loss app - easy to use & encouraging

I love nutracheck! Me and my husband have been using it for almost 5 months and have lost a stone each! It teaches you so much about portion size and how important exercise is just by logging your food and exercise daily. It motivates you with stickers for certain milestones too.

I never thought I'd be able to shift the weight I needed to lose to be a healthy weight again. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a faff free way to lose weight. Yes you have to log daily but it takes seconds especially with the bar code scanner. Some foods aren't there but that's very rare. And you can add them to the database anyway.
