Having never dieted before, I found this app after reading about weight loss on the NHS website. I needed something visual that I could control and this app has not let me down!
It is simple to use and has so many everyday foods listed that you rarely have to input manually. It is easy to make up your own recipes too, so you always have a record of your favourites.
I previously thought that weighing food was a bit extreme but I have even found this easy to do. It is also an eye opener to how much we tend to over estimate amounts without realising.
I am just going into week six and am 2lbs under my original target loss of 1.7 kgs and am thinking of taking my goal down further.
My only recommendation would be the ability to record your other measurements on the app as you can on the website.
