Really useful app, it puts you in control, you can eat whatever you like as long as you record it in diary, this is made reall easy via bar code scan or product search. You can weigh in when ever you like and see progress in a bar chart. Helpful forums for peer support without having to go to a group. Really good value for money compared with standard weight loss groups. Tells you how many calories you have used as well as what you have left. Prompts intake of water and fruit and veg via symbols that show when you have had one of the items.
