I've read some of the negative reviews and have to say that for my it was different.I did lighter life last year and lost 3 stone. I kept the weight off but stupidly started eating rubbish at work and gained about 12lb . Had i have kept doing what i was doing which was eating sensibly and eating like a 10stone 10lb person should i would have been ok. I did not suffer from any headaches, feeling sick, dizziness etc etc.
The whole idea of ll is that you follow the program and understand what your doing wrong to pile on those pounds, which is obviously eating too much or eating the wrong kind of food and not exercising!
Everyone's different of course but no-one likes to take responsibility and say that they were the ones that didn't keep on top of the weight loss and so blame LL for the end result 3 years later!
I would recommend LL to anyone and would say that its definately worth it in the end. And if you come off the program it will work provided you realise the reason you gained weight in the first place!
