Following a sensible diet plan will be much more beneficial. Ketosis is an absolute farce and the counselling sessions are feeding you on your own guilt and food issues. People are losing weight as i did, but as soon as you eat solids and not shakes your body stores it and is relentless in letting go. I was very ill on LL and many of the people in my class noticed that they were as well.
Avoid, see a dietician and put your will power to use and follow a sensible and healthy eating plan wothout paying over the odds.
