Easy to use, helpful, a friend looking over your shoulder!

Started using the Nutracheck App almost by chance, and within a couple of days had lost a pound. Lost steadily ever since. The app doesn't do everything - you need to chose your calories wisely - but checking the calorie content of everything you eat soon has you selecting carefully so you can get through the day without being hungry, without going over your calorie limit. Don't ask too much of yourself, don't try and lose too quickly, just aim for a realistic goal and this App will be like your best friend, saying "Are you sure you want to eat that? It's a lot of calories and you know you'll b hungry in half an hour! Have this instead..." I lost a stone and a half in six months, and now I'm starting to work on losing another couple of pounds. Re technical help, I changed my phone and couldn't get the App working on my new phone, and the staff at Nutracheck couldn't have been more helpful, and kept thinking about possible solutions until they'd figured out what to tell me to do, to get it working.
