AMAZING

I absolutely LOVE nutracheck! This is the first time that i have started a diet and actually been able to attain it! The fact that it is able to count your calories and tell you how much you should be eating is great. I love how they have such a wide variation of foods so everything that you eat you're able to track! I lost 8 pound in my first week, just from keeping an eye on what i ate and introducing more exercise! I am honestly so so happy and cannot wait to get down to my goal weight! I now see this as a healthier life style rather than a quick fix to loosing weight!I love that it counts your water and i love the wide variety of exercise that you can enter into your diary. I like that there is also the section where you can write if youve had a bad day whilst trying to be healthy because i feel that it helps to keep you on track. THANK YOU nutracheck.
