IN ON A WINNER!

I joined on 23rd Sept and felt a bit dubious at first, as I'd been on Calorie Controlled diets before. You name the book,I have it!. I thought "Give it a go!". Well the information is unbelievable. The set up is easy. Tell them your weight, tell them your target and off you go. It even gives you the date when you will achieve your target, providing of course, you stick to , or better, your targets. Help was always at hand and I needed it on a couple of occasions. It was exact, easy to understand and most helpful. Calorific/fat details for all products is easy. No more thumbing through books to find items. All there in great detail. I managed to lose 3.4kgs in 3 weeks. It is easy to follow your progress and fun to be in touch with other "strugglers" in "The Club". All this for the price of a coffee per week. Thank you Nutracheck
