Absolutely fantastic

Nutracheck is the easiest way to lose weight and keep it off. It is a life style change made simple with this fantastic food diary app which offers so much more. No need to carry a calorie counting book around, the barcode scanner is simply amazing and keeps you totally on track mouthful by mouthful. I have lost 1stone 7lbs in 8 weeks without any difficulty at all. I use the Nutracheck forum for encouragement and ideas from other lovely members and email admin usually receiving a very prompt reply should I have any concerns about anything from nutrition to exercise plans.

The one issue I do feel should be addressed to help members receive a regular weight loss is that Nutracheck should automatically update our 'current weight' regularly so that our calorie allowance is not too high causing members to maintain too frequently. I have adjusted my current weight manually each week to prevent this but it would be nmore efficient if this was preset by Nutracheck.
