never too old to learn!

In the past I have done just about every diet on the planet .
Counting points was very tedious in the extreme even with a little calculator.

Eating pointlessly from a limited list doesn't work for me as that human part craves the things you can't have!

I lost 3 stones in 12 weeks with lighterlife but not unsurprisingly put it all back on when I restarted food .

I had lost 4 pounds when I stumbled on nutracheck .

Just weighing scanning and putting in the items to eat is so easy the very friendly forum support is phenomenal.
I have learned a lot about what is caloric and make healthier choices.
My weight loss has been slow and is on going ,but my fitness and outlook has definitely improved .
I would have liked an instruction page about the sites symbols how to negotiate round etc. It may have saved time but members and admin have been helpful .
