As long as you are committed to losing weight and therefore log everything you eat as well as trying to increase your exercise rate then this is an effective way to lose weight. Being not only very busy but also fairly introvert I did not want to join any slimming club, and I do not have a huge amount to lose. Nutracheck takes very little time, has details of the calorie content of a wide range of foods and is easy to use. It also compares very favourably price wise.
