This is the simplest and quickest way to track what you eat, which is what I mostly use this for as it helps me to say on target. There are lots of other resources included such as a forum and recipes, and there is really friendly help if you email, which I've done on several occasions when I've had queries.
I think I've been using this every single day now for about 5 years, it really does only take a couple of minutes a day, so it keeps you focused long-term. I'd definitely recommend it.
