A Great application

Having used Nutracheck now for a month I have managed my weight exactly as intended apart from counting calories I have improved my nutrition substantially due to the focus the app provides on your 5 a day.
I would like to als o see a Protein & carb analysis of the foods I m consuming. With that improvement it would be perfect and worth introducing into the national curriculum within schools.
People would certainly be a lot healthier as it's hard to ignore the facts this app provides.
It's also hugely motivating seeing the green ticks and the resulting fat loss.
I use this app with a book called Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle. Combined it is a simple, logical method of weight management
