Quick easy efficient

Works out everything without a calculator! Have it on my phone, I pad and laptop. Easy to work out calories for exercise too. Am following the 5:2 diet but Keep to my nutracheck calories on the 5 days (1473) & 500 on 2 days. Nutracheck has made me so much more aware of the calories contained in foods. I always think twice now when I want a snack. My husband has also started looking on food labels before buying and is interested on my progress. I have lost 7ibs this month and I am on target for losing another 7 by the end of February. I like the fact that I can reduce the cost when offers are made and I always tell my friends about nutracheck . I also like being able to keep recipes and favourite foods on my account as it saves me so much time when adding calories to my day.
