Health maintenance

In 2010 I saw my GP when I weighed 11st 3lbs. I was sent for ECG Blood tests etc. He told me my cholesterol was 5 and he would prescribe statins. I refused but promised to lose weight. I have used the Nutracheck system for four years. My mobilisation improved and I have kept my weight to below 10st7lbs. I think its important not to cheat as the only person you fool is yourself.
