I have found Nutracheck to be really helpful in my quest to lose 10lbs in weight with a sensible pattern of eating that I know I can continue to live with easily. Setting my own weight loss target was a great idea as it really forced me to think honestly and be realistic. I have discovered just how many calories I can pop into my mouth without even realising, and also how pleased I can be with my small achievements where I can honestly say at the end of that day, " I don't feel at all hungry".
Above all, it's actually fun!
