The important thing for me is not to keep on about 'weight' but nutrition - sensible losing, they achieve this by easy steps: checking not just calories, but that set against exercise, and more, water levels, fruit and how much fat one is eating - I fill in my daily food as a matter of course now and it is easy. There are experts at all levels too. Nutritional, exercise, technical side too. I liked this so much that my dietician at my local surgery recommends Nutracheck for her patients too. I like to do this alone but there are also forums to join. However, I have already signed up a couple of friends by talking about how good this site is.
