Fab!

The Nutracheck app and website combination service is fab. This is a calorie-count service which supports healthy eating and weight loss and doesn't support fad diets.
There is lots of advice/articles on the website and the food database is great. If a foodstuff isn't included then you can just add it in and away you go!
I've used this service for a few years now and I don't think I will ever be without it. I have had great advice from the expert staff on a number of issues and they are quick to respond and offer support.
The support you also get from members is great on the forums and getting involved can be great motivation (although the forum service does suffer a little from trolls making prank posts which don't appear to be managed well by the admin staff).
If you prefer though you can use this service privately and keep your weight-loss secret to yourself!
The free trial is definitely worth a go - you'll be hooked! Just make sure you ask sensible questions and you'll get heaps of support!
