This has to be the best weight loss programme ever! The only downside is remembering to go online each day to record what you've eaten. It actually stops you eating more because you know you have to record it (just lazy I suppose). You can find calories on everything you eat - its a huge database - so there's no excuse. The only thing it doesn't do is give you a pile of willpower - faced with an apple or a bar of chocolate .... hmmm - hard one! Its a great app though and would thoroughly recommend it. You have to use it properly and regularly to achieve best results.
