Great, useful app

A simple to use and effective free app. Quick and easy to scan/add food to your diary and having the app on your phone makes it so quick and easy to update. Fantastic support and encouragement from the forums and admin team. Really easy to set up your profile, make changes and track your progress. Having the ability to add favourite meals makes it simple to add regular things you eat to your eating diary. Only thing to watch is a minority of items are inputted twice so double check the calorie count looks right e.g steam veg bags not counting towards 5 a day and being 120 calories each - look for the one that does look right. Tried lots if things in the past and this has been the best by far. Well worth paying the small amount for a monthly upgrade.
