NC is fantastic, and so easy to do. There are no silly points or systems to follow...its not like a diet at all. Simply eat whatever you like as long as you can fit it in with your daily calorie allowance. Nothing is banned. Also, the support on the forums is amazing! Lovely people! Great ideas and inspiration. Would highly recommend! !
