I've hit rock bottom... Have you?

I started all about w8 on Wed 13th July, I have stuck with it religiously! I am definitely in the right frame of mind and ready for it. I am 26 yrs old, 5ft 2, 12st 7 and size 14/16. 4 yrs ago at the age of 22 I was 8st and a size 8! My bottom was 2weeks ago bridesmaid shopping with my best friends all the girls tried the dress on and it was beautiful then my turn - the woman in the shop said "obviously it wont fit you but we can hold it on and get an idea" I felt humiliated for the last time!!! This is coming off and I WILL be wearing a size 10 for the wedding next year. In my opinion unless you hit rock bottom and you know that being slimmer and feeling great about yourself is far better than anything you could ever put in your mouth then I'm sorry but this will be another one of those diets that works to begin with, you lose interest and it goes straight back on again and your back to square one when you think about it every day but do nothing!
Come on girls... We can work together on this - We did this to ourselves we need to work twice as hard to get rid of it for good this time, get to the point where we can walk into any shop - lift our size and KNOW it will fit! I need support just as much as anyone. X
