The food quality is amazing. Been doing go lower since October 2011 & have lost 1 & 1/2 stones. I feel so much betrer about myself. The staff are super friendly, efficient and supportive.

I recommend this go lower to everyone who asks how I've lost the weight. It is a long term change in my eating habits that has literally transformed my life for the better.
